Responsibilities and Duties
# Longer stay with Optima customers on site
# Installation and commissioning of our new machines, on-site support of the customer
# Support, conversion and maintenance
# Customer support in every phase of the life cycle of his plant
# Error detection and targeted processing of open tasks
# Customer training, production support, spare parts handling, maintenance
# Maintenance, repairs and handling of warranty claims on our machines
# Preparation of reports, summary of open tasks
# You support our customers in case of a malfunction
# Project management in special cases
Qualifications and Skills
# Completed training as a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, industrial mechanic, industrial electrician or mechatronics engineer
# As much relevant experience as possible in the assembly of industrial plants
# Your English and German are fluent in spoken and written
# Ability to work in a team and good communication skills, confident in dealing with customers
# Good knowledge of MS-Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
# Willingness to travel
# A very high degree of flexibility and resilience is naturally for you
