AGCO is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural equipment. AGCO Power has made industry leading engines and power generation solutions for over 75 year. Currently AGCO Power engines are produced at four sites – Finland, Brazil, China and Argentina. The products are known for delivering extreme performance, even in the toughest conditions. AGCO Power supplies the engines to many of the world’s leading manufacturers of tractors and other farm machinery. It is also the engine of choice for a large number of other off-road applications around the world. The Linnavuori plant in Finland has a manufacturing capacity of more than 50 000 diesel engines annually and has approximately 700 employees.
We are looking for
to join our Engineering in Linnavuori, Finland.
In this role you will be able to work in a genuinely international environment with award-winning, high tech products. We are curious to seek out and develop new ideas in order to better serve our customers and employees, continuously improving what we do and how we do it. In our Engineering Department, you will be part of AGCO global product development, working alongside experts in their field.
You will be responsible for the development of the diagnostic software and you will be the Scrum Master in the software development team. You are actively involved in product development projects and as an expert in your team’s area of expertise. We use Polarion ALM tool for developing software projects, starting with the requirements and continuing up to the definition and execution of the testing needs.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
You are an experienced programmer (C#, Python) and you have experience or at least the capability of being Scrum Master. You will also have a relevant educational background (B.Sc. or M.Sc) for example in information technology. Interest and experience in vehicle technology is considered as an advantage.
