Hotel Angelo d'Oro is looking for candidates for the upcoming 2023 season (starting April 1st 2023).
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1
PLACE OF WORK: Rovinj, Croatia
Job description (porter/bell attendant):
• Welcoming guests and assistance with parking
• Guest transportation by small electric vehicle from the parking lot to the hotel and apartments in the old town center
• Helping guests with luggage
• Escorting guests to their rooms and apartments while providing basic instructions
Job description (receptionist):
• Constant care of our guests during their stay
• Check-in procedures
• Check-out: invoicing, assist guests with their luggage
• Reservation by mail, phone and through PMS
• Order and organization in the front and back office
• If necessary driving guests by electric vehicle
• Provide touristic information to guests, assist them in organizing experiences (sports, tastings, visits, etc.)
Job requirements (porter/bell attendant): :
• Organizational and communication skills
• Independence and proactivity
• Ability to work in a team
• Friendliness and hospitality
• Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends and holidays
• Active knowledge of foreign languages (English is mandatory)
• Knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• At least one year of work experience in the same or similar jobs
• Driver's license

Job requirements (receptionist):
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Independence and proactivity
• Ability to work in a team
• Friendliness and hospitality
• Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends and holidays
• Active knowledge of foreign languages (English is mandatory)
• Knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• At least one year of work experience in the same or similar jobs
• Driver's license

Nice to have:
• Other language skills is an advantage
