• Main Responsibilities:
  n Managing the business activities;
  n Supervise the manner of performance;
  n Monitoring achievements (turnover and costs) of the various departments and of the hotel as a whole; adjusting deviations;
  execute occupational hygiene, sustainability and safety regulations (HACCP, personal protective equipment, etc.);
  n Implementing revenue management strategies;
  n Co-developing, managing and monitoring company strategic processes;
  n Supervising payment transactions within the departments.
  n Advising in and drawing up plans and budgets.
  n Monitor/manage budgets and plans as well as control expenditure.
  n Achieving the financial objectives.
  n Developing improvement actions and implementing cost savings.
  n Coordinating the work schedules of the department managers.
  n Guiding the department managers in the operational management.

Job Requirements:
§ A completed HBO diploma in the study of Hotel Management;
§ At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
§ Has a certain degree of financial insight;
§ Able to work structurally and systematically;
§ Can work well in a team and motivate teams to maintain and stimulate the highest performance;
§ Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English;
§ Functioning under work pressure;
§ Flexible employability;
