Skaraborg is looking for bus drivers, you choose whether you want to work full-time, part-time or hourly.

The Skaraborg traffic area consists of 500 employees and we operate 230 buses every day. Together with our client Västtrafik, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in the Skaraborg area.

Personal qualities and qualifications
As a bus driver, you are outgoing, flexible and enjoy both service and customer contact. You face stressful situations and environments in a calm and confident manner. You have a safe driving style and drive in an environmentally friendly manner.
Furthermore, we see that you:

You have a D driving license in Swedish and a valid YKB.
Have good Swedish skills in speech and writing.
Can work irregular hours

About the job

We offer hourly, full-time or part-time employment.

Salary according to collective agreement.

As part of the recruitment process, digital tests are carried out. The tests are sent to you by email. In order to proceed in the process, you must receive a passing result. Please note that we are not always able to provide feedback on the tests if you do not proceed to an interview.

General terms of employment and salary

A job as a bus driver at Nobina is a secure job. We naturally have a collective agreement and work in close consultation with the Kommunal union to ensure that Nobina is a good employer, where you have the opportunity to thrive and develop.

For the right people, there are great opportunities to further train for other roles within the company. Here is a selection of the terms and conditions you will receive when you are employed as a full-time or part-time bus driver at Nobina:

Starting salary 29,013 SEK/month (from 1 October 2024)
- Five weeks of vacation
- Occupational pension
- Healthcare allowance
*Nobina applies a six-month probationary period for all types of services on this page. Before the probationary period begins, an extract from the criminal record is always taken and an alcohol and drug test is carried out.
