We are looking for a 3D Motion Designer to join our Kanzi Services team. We have production designers in both Europe and Asia working together on exciting projects. In this position, you can either work at our headquarters in Helsinki or remotely in Germany.

What we do

We help automakers become highly efficient and creative with no limits. With Kanzi, the traditional HMI is transformed into a real Signature UI.

As a dedicated 3D animator you will collaborate with other 2D and 3D designers and engineers to create compelling and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base.

Your responsibilities will include:

-conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and motions
-making 3D models, remodeling and animation
-participating in brainstorming and creative sessions to share new design perspectives, ideas and developing new visual concepts
-creating and designing storyboards for digital media formats such as product video and fine-arts deliverables
-building complex 3D scenes such as forests, spaces and cityscapes for the use in opening animation

You have reached the level of skills needed to be able to work independently, and you are now ready to develop your skills further!

Requirements:

-A degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
-Motion Graphic Design experience including strong technical skills in video and animation
-Expert skills in After Effects and knowledge in one or more of the following 3D software: Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, Element 3D, Autodesk
-Skills in modeling and texturing with the ability to create 3D assets for the assigned project
-Good knowledge of lighting and rendering with the ability to give a beautiful look to the final output

We also appreciate:

-2D UI (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator)
-Experience in HMIs, VFX and particle generation
