With a team of approximately 20 professionals, we serve a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries. To strengthen our growing audit team, we are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor.

The Role

As an Audit Supervisor, you will support audit managers in leading audit engagements while independently coordinating fieldwork and supervising team members. You will play a key role in ensuring audit quality, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position offers a clear pathway toward managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in leading audit teams

Coordinate planning and execution of audit engagements

Perform and review IFRS-related assignments

Supervise and mentor junior team members

Maintain client communication during engagements

Identify risks and contribute to audit strategy

Contribute to continuous quality improvement

Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Auditing

Minimum 3 years of relevant audit experience

Strong knowledge of IFRS

Experience with audit tools

Fluent in Dutch and English

Strong leadership and communication skills

Analytical, responsible and deadline-driven
