With more than 14,000 visitors the Emigration Expo is Europe’s largest event for emigrants, expats, job seekers, entrepreneurs and anyone else looking to live abroad. The Emigration Expo is about information, orientation and doing business in 3 event halls with an area of 14,000 m² and mote than 200 stands and free lectures and presentations. The Emigration Expo is a must for everyone who wishes to do business with emigrants, entrepreneurs and students.

Dismantling time

Sunday 22 March: From 17.00 to 21.00.
Monday 23 March: From 08.00 to 15.00.

Presentation costs

More than 130 presentations will be given during the fair by the exhibitors in 9 rooms about living, working, studying or running a business abroad. The presentation rooms are equipped with 100 seats, lectern, sound installation, overhead projector/beamer, laptop and projection screen.

Cost 2026-edtion: € 395,- (per 50 minutes)

Your ticket is valued for both days. So for visiting the Expo on Saturday as well as on Sunday you only need one ticket per person. Don't forget to ask for a Sunday voucher when you leave the Expo on Saturday.

Parking is paid and available directly at the parking area.
Disabled parking spaces are available.

Public transport

Utrecht central station: Exit at Jaarbeursplein, then take the escalators down and walk across the Jaarbeurs square onto the boulevard leading to the halls. Go to 9292ov.nl for the arrival and departure times of public transport.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted at the Emigration Expo, except guide dogs and other assistance dogs.
